When I was supposed to go there for my MRI I told the lady at least three times on the phone that I needed the bigger machine she still scheduled me for the smaller machine and then they proceeded to tell me that they were booked out for the next two weeks and they couldn't get me in before that. Then for my CT scan earlier this week date call me up and cancel my appointment because they didn't have a fishing after 2:00. Once I finally got there the staff was friendly the place was clean but that's all I can say good about that place

First time using touchstone. Img 620 RR Got there early to do paperwork. Went fast and smooth..No ipad to scan several pages Since we came early they took my husband in for scan early. Friendly staff, efficient tech. Quiet and calm atmosphere Will definitely request them again

I arrived early and they took me in immediately instead of making me wait until my exact appointment time. Technician was on top of everything and made experience seem super simple for me. Great team at Touchstone Round Rock 620.

Horrible customer service. Billing is awful to deal with. My FSA wanted confirmation of a charge. I called, was dropped or hung up on 3x, and they refused to send me an itemized copy of the bill or to allow me to speak to a supervisor.

Touchstone Imaging at their Austin 711 W 38th St office messed up my two successive appointments! When I arrived at the second appointment, after speeding to make their 3rd revised time they didn’t even have get the prep instructions right or admit they messed up. Needless to say they do not instill confidence in being a trusted medical provider. I would NOT recommend them.

Even though I arrive quite early for my appointment, I was seen almost immediately! I was prepared to wait patiently until my actual appointment time.
